What You Get
Properties sourced against your brief.
Tell us what you need — size, location, layout, specification — and we source against it. We don't hold a portfolio of unsuitable stock looking for a tenant; we find the right property for your requirement.
Ready to occupy, evidenced in writing. Every property is handed over with a full compliance file: gas and electrical certification, smoke and CO alarms, fire risk assessment and licensing where required, furniture to [your furnishing standard/spec], and a signed inventory with photographic record.
A clear responsibility matrix. Before go-live, we agree in writing who handles what — repairs, inspections, utilities, resident issues, out-of-hours response. No grey areas, no "we assumed you were doing that."
Responsive management. Named contacts, agreed response times for repairs by priority, monthly property inspections, and a quarterly review with you to catch issues early and plan ahead.
Stable, straightforward terms. We offer lease and nightly-rate arrangements depending on your procurement route, with terms designed for continuity of placement.
