HN Housing was founded by Naomi Robinson and Hezron Brown, to address a gap both sides of the market feel every day — councils and care providers who can't find accommodation they trust, and landlords who want dependable income without the risk of going it alone.

Too much of this sector runs on handshakes, grey areas and corners cut. We built HN Housing to run on the opposite: written agreements with clear responsibilities, compliance evidenced before go-live rather than promised after it, and relationships we expect to last years, reviewed openly and often.

We're deliberately building depth, not breadth — serving The Midlands thoroughly rather than spreading thin. We'd rather be the supplier one borough relies on than a name on a list in ten.
