Every HN Housing property goes live with a complete compliance file: gas safety, electrical certification, fire risk assessment where required, licensing confirmed with the local authority, and insurance appropriate to its use. Every partnership starts with a written responsibility matrix, so everyone knows exactly who does what — before the first resident moves in, not after the first problem.
